Do you take on large developments?
Yes. We work with builders whether they're building 50, 500 or 5,000 homes a year, as well as high-rise residential, commercial, industrial and civil projects.
Do you supply the products as well as apply them?
Yes. We're backed by Aldridge Corporation, a manufacturer of waterproofing products, so one provider covers products, application and documentation.
Where do you work?
We're based in Seven Hills and work with builders across Sydney, the North Coast and the South Coast of NSW.
What insurance do you carry?
$20 million public liability, a $10 million contract works and legal liability policy, and home warranty insurance.
Are you licensed?
Yes. We're a fully licensed contractor / builder (licence 285766C) and members of the MBA and WICA, with CM3 WHS prequalification.
